The ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐“๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐ˆ๐“๐„) successfully conducted its 2-day General Student Orientation on August 04, 2026 online via MS Teams to its freshmen and sophomore students, and on August 05, 2026 at MCC Dapdap Campusโ€™ Event Center to its junior and senior students.

The orientation provided our students with essential information about academic policies, programs, expectations, services, and other important matters in accordance to their year levels, most especially the freshmen, to help them confidently navigate the new academic year.

The Institute of Teacher Education (ITE) is incredibly proud to celebrate the recent achievement of our Field of Study Head for Secondary Education & Professional Education programs, Mr. Karlo S. Tolentino, for the successful publication of his research article in the Critical Journal of Social Sciences (CJSS), Volume 2, No. 1 (2026).

His work, titled: "Navigating Civic Education: Qualitative Insights from Social Studies Teachers Using the Teachersโ€™ Knowledge Framework," provides a profound look into how educators at a local college conceptualize democracy and citizenship. The study highlights the vital role of values such as "Pakikisama" and "Pagiging Makatao" in preparing active community members.
