SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY:

From Monday to Friday 8:30AM – 7:00PM and on SATURDAY 8:30AM – 12:00NN.

HOW TO AVAIL THE SERVICE:

1. Follow our page and answer our Library Satisfaction Survey
2. The students/faculty present their clearance at the circulation and reserves counter.
3. The library staff will check the names against the list of accountabilities.
4. Then the library staff will counter signed the clearance.
5. The student/faculty will proceed to the Head Librarian.

Please be guided accordingly.

The engineering and architecture library is currently close for three days because the staff attended the seminar for PLAI-EVRLC Borongan, Samar starting June 21 -24, 2023.

Weeding is the process of regularly removing outdated or irrelevant library resources. It's sometimes call deselection. Items are weeded from the collection based on a set of criteria to the school community.

Library materials of all types may be candidates for weeding based on the following criteria:
- Currency. The content of library materials should be accurate and up to date.
- Usage. Low or no usage may be a factor in weeding decisions.
- Physical condition
-Duplicates
- Completeness
- Uniqueness
- Format Obsolescence

Weeding is necessary and vital because it saves shelf space and creating room for new books, easier to browse the collection, removes outdated material and will makes the collection more appealing. The importance of weeding is to ensure the library materials are useful and accessible.
