ENROLLMENT PERIOD:
August 7 - August 26, 2023 ONLY

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT
Incoming 𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗡:
1. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
( must be 5 years old on or before October 31, 2023)
2. Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form
𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 1:
1. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
2. Report Card / ECCD Checklist
3. Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form
𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 2 𝘁𝗼 6 and Grades 8 to 10 ( old students)
1. School Form 9 (Learner's Report Card)
2. Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form
For Move-In / Balik Aral
1. Learner's Report Card (SF9)
2. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
3. Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form

*You can get the Basic Education Enrollment Form at the Enrollment Area near the Guard House. Please bring your own ballpen.

We will ONLY post the names of the learners with their corresponding section enrolled for the School Year 2023-2024. So, OLD STUDENTS are still advised and encouraged to please make time to submit the necessary requirements for the enrollment.
