GUIDANCE ADVOCATE
The College of Maasin is seeking a compassionate, student-centered, and dedicated professional to join our team as a Guidance Advocate.

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Education, or a related field
✔️ A master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling is an advantage
✔️ Relevant experience in student services, guidance support, education, youth development, or related fields is an advantage
✔️ Training in counseling, mental health awareness, psychological first aid, child protection, or student development is an advantage
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong active listening and student-support skills
✔️ Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries
✔️ Compassionate, approachable, patient, and trustworthy
✔️ Willingness to work collaboratively with students, parents/guardians, faculty, and school administrators

The College of Maasin – College of Nursing proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Batch Angelus ad Infirmus in the August 2026 PNLE, with 25 of 26 examinees successfully passing, achieving an outstanding 96.15% passing rate.

This achievement reflects the hard work, perseverance, dedication, and faith of our examinees, as well as the support of everyone who journeyed with them throughout this endeavor.

To our BSN family, clinical instructors, faculty, mentors, parents, and loved ones, thank you for your unwavering guidance, encouragement, and prayers.

To our newly Registered Nurses, congratulations! May you continue to serve with compassion, excellence, integrity, and a heart committed to the noble profession of nursing.
