Congratulations for proving that hard work, honesty, faith in God are indeed the best policies. You’ve made STI-Maasin so proud Mr. Joseph G. Ocba (STI-Maasin Nominee) for winning the Distinguished Alumni Award Competition 2017, STI Nationwide.

I am thankful to God for helping me to write in featuring not just Mr. Ocba's life and accomplishments but to also inspire STI-Maasin students and Alumni to not give up on your dreams because everything is possible with passion, commitment and faith to God!

Special thanks to Ma'am Sharon Jamorol who assisted unconditionally on the requirements for this competition.

First entry, goal accomplished! Long live STI-Maasin!
