Greetings!

We are pleased to announce that the 1st BSOA General Assembly will be held on:

🕐 Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
📍 Venue: Saint Joseph College – Junior High School Building

This General Assembly will serve as an opportunity to discuss important academic matters, program updates, upcoming activities, policies, and other concerns essential to the BSOA community.

Attendance is REQUIRED for all BSOA students and faculty members. Your presence and active participation are highly encouraged as we begin the academic year with shared goals and expectations.

Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to facilitate a timely start of the program.

ADVISORY | Following the recent incident that affects the safety of the schools, Saint Joseph College reinforced its security measures on campus. This measure is to ensure the safety and protection of all the faculty members, staff, students, parents, visitors, and stakeholders.

We urged those entering the school premises to follow these safety and security protocols:

• Members of SJCEF must wear IDs at all times in the premises.
•Parents, guardians, and visitors must secure a VISITOR’S PASS and sign it in the visitor’s logbook.
•Security personnel must conduct regular inspections of all bags, packages, and any belongings before entering the premises.
•Any suspicious activity or security-concerned situation must be reported to the administration or to any security personnel immediately.
•We strictly prohibit any harmful or dangerous weapons inside the campus.

We hope for your cooperation in this matter and seek your understanding to maintain our school as a safe ground for learners.
