Please be guided by the prescribed format for the Excuse Letter for students who will be unable to participate in or attend a specific event during Intramurals 2026.

All excuse letters must be submitted to either of the following:

• 𝐎𝐒𝐃𝐒 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐋𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫, 𝐌𝐃 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠

• 𝗦𝗦𝗖 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗝𝗛𝗦 104

Please ensure that your letter is personally received by an 𝗦𝗦𝗖 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 upon submission. Do not simply leave or place your excuse letter in the office without an SSC Officer receiving and acknowledging it.

Failure to properly submit the excuse letter will automatically result in the student being marked ABSENT.

All excuse letters must be submitted until Monday, September 21, 2026. Letters submitted beyond the prescribed deadline may no longer be accepted.

Please follow the prescribed format and submission procedure accordingly.

The countdown is officially on! 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 𝗧𝗢 𝗚𝗢 before the most awaited competition of the year 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗦 2026!

Get ready for the ultimate clash between the 𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗘𝗔𝗚𝗟𝗘 and the 𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑

Before the games, the cheers, the rivalries, and the “𝙤𝙠𝙖𝙮 𝙧𝙖, 𝙗𝙖𝙬𝙞 𝙩𝙖𝙮𝙤 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙜𝙖𝙢𝙚” moments begin, make sure you’ve got your essentials ready. Because you can have the skills, the stamina, and the confidence, but a little preparation and good luck gikan ni friend never hurt.

And yes, bring your water. Stay hydrated, para hindi uhaw sa attention ng iba. Also bring your panyo for the sweat and your payong for the heat.

Most importantly, bring your game face, team spirit, good vibes, and good sportsmanship. Play hard, compete fairly, respect your opponents, and know how to win with humility and lose with grace.

Kay basin dili ta sure sa trophy, but at least sure ta nga we played our best, made memories, and enjoyed every moment together.

𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

This National Heroes Day, we remember the men and women whose courage, sacrifices, and love for our country helped shape the freedom and opportunities we enjoy today.

The Philippines we have today was built through the sacrifices of those who came before us. To honor them is not only to remember their names, but to protect the values they fought for—freedom, justice, dignity, and a nation where every Filipino deserves to be served with honesty and fairness.

As we face the challenges of our time, may we never become indifferent to injustice, abuse of power, and corruption.

Remembering our heroes also means having the courage to speak up, demand accountability, and choose integrity, even when it is difficult. Their sacrifices built our present and it is now our responsibility to protect it and shape a better future.

𝗠𝗜-𝗖𝗠! 102𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆

The MI-CM community gathers in gratitude as we celebrate 102 years of faith, excellence, and service. The celebration began with a meaningful Religious Convocation, reminding us that every milestone is an opportunity to give thanks to God and reflect on the values that continue to guide MI-CM.

Following the convocation, the excitement continued with the Dropping of Banners, showcasing the vision, mission, and core values of the College of Maasin, followed by the Opening of Booths from the Pre-Elementary to College Departments, officially setting the celebration in motion. From colorful banners to vibrant booths, the campus came alive with the spirit of unity and celebration.

As we celebrate this remarkable journey, we honor the vision of Dr. Angel C. Espina and the generations of CMians who have carried his dream forward.

You are welcome to choose a style that suits your personality and the event theme, provided that it complies with the school's dress code.

𝐁𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞
The Attendance Quick Count (AQC) will be conducted from 6:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. All students are required to present their School ID or a generated barcode using their ID number.

If your ID is unavailable or your ID number on the ID is blurry, you may generate your own barcode using the ID number indicated on your study load.

• Do not wear attire that violates the school's dress code.
• Do not engage in any act that compromises the safety, dignity, rights, or enjoyment of others.
• Do not bully, tease, embarrass, harass, or exclude anyone.
• Do not use offensive, inappropriate, obscene, or disrespectful language.
• Do not engage in fighting, pushing, rough play, or any disruptive behavior.
• Do not damage decorations, chairs, tables, sound equipment, or any school property.
• Do not post, record, or share photos or videos of others without their consent, especially if doing so may cause embarrassment or harm.
• Do not interrupt performances, speeches, or any part of the official program.
• Do not bring uninvited guests unless authorized by the organizers.
• Do not make jokes about bomb threats or any other security threats. Such acts are taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action and possible legal consequences.
• Do not bring water bottles or tumblers into the venue. The school canteen will remain open throughout the event, and beverages will be available for purchase. You may bring food; however, outside water bottles and tumblers are prohibited to prevent alcoholic beverages from being brought into the venue.

Let us all work together to create a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
