Our Acquaintance Party is just around the corner! As we prepare for a fun, memorable, and safe celebration, we encourage everyone to observe the following reminders.

You are welcome to choose a style that suits your personality and the event theme, provided that it complies with the school's dress code.

𝐁𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞
The Attendance Quick Count (AQC) will be conducted from 6:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. All students are required to present their School ID or a generated barcode using their ID number.

If your ID is unavailable or your ID number on the ID is blurry, you may generate your own barcode using the ID number indicated on your study load.

• Do not wear attire that violates the school's dress code.
• Do not engage in any act that compromises the safety, dignity, rights, or enjoyment of others.
• Do not bully, tease, embarrass, harass, or exclude anyone.
• Do not use offensive, inappropriate, obscene, or disrespectful language.
• Do not engage in fighting, pushing, rough play, or any disruptive behavior.
• Do not damage decorations, chairs, tables, sound equipment, or any school property.
• Do not post, record, or share photos or videos of others without their consent, especially if doing so may cause embarrassment or harm.
• Do not interrupt performances, speeches, or any part of the official program.
• Do not bring uninvited guests unless authorized by the organizers.
• Do not make jokes about bomb threats or any other security threats. Such acts are taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action and possible legal consequences.
• Do not bring water bottles or tumblers into the venue. The school canteen will remain open throughout the event, and beverages will be available for purchase. You may bring food; however, outside water bottles and tumblers are prohibited to prevent alcoholic beverages from being brought into the venue.

Let us all work together to create a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

If you have classes during a school activity, do not forget to attach the following:

1. A list of students with their signatures
2. The instructor's signature certifying that the students attended class

For New Students Without School IDs and Old Students with Blurry Barcodes:

Kindly generate your barcode using your Student ID Number to ensure that your attendance can be properly recorded.

𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 2026

Every new school year begins with a single step, a step filled with hope, anticipation, and endless possibilities. For hundreds of students of The College of Maasin, that journey officially commenced during the Student Orientation for Academic Year 2026–2027, held on Friday, July 10, 2026.

Throughout the orientation, students were introduced to the academic policies, and campus services, that will guide them throughout their college journey. Representatives from the Finance Office, Registrar's Office, Library, Guidance and Counseling Office, Clinic, Chaplain's Office, and the Office of Student Development and Services (OSDS) shared their respective roles, assuring students that help, guidance, and opportunities for growth are always within reach.

One of the most inspiring moments of the program came from the welcome message of Rev. Dr. Joshue Zuriel G. Tiempo, School President, who reminded students that becoming part of The College of Maasin means joining an institution with a rich heritage and a higher purpose.

He reflected on the school's legacy of Christian education and its unwavering commitment to academic excellence, Christian formation, social transformation, community service, and nation-building.

More importantly, he challenged every student to pursue excellence with creativity and innovation while living lives marked by kindness, humility, justice, and faithful service to others.

As Academic Year 2026–2027 unfolds, The College of Maasin continues to uphold its mission of shaping minds, building character, and preparing competent leaders and professionals grounded in purpose, excellence, integrity, and Christian values.

With faith as its foundation and service as its calling, the institution remains steadfast in nurturing individuals who will positively impact their communities and the nation.
