Held today at exactly 4:00 PM at the AVR-PTCA Building of The College of Maasin, the JHS-SSG Leadership Training Seminar 2026 gathered student leaders for an afternoon of learning, reflection, and purpose-driven growth.
The seminar featured four meaningful sessions led by Ms. Pauline Grace Decena, Ms. Lindie Montederamos, Ms. Jonah Mae Empredo, and Mr. NiΓ±o Angelo Udtohanβeach offering insights that challenged perspectives and strengthened the foundation of leadership among the officers. The presence of our special guest, Mrs. Hernadith Vallota, SHS OSDS Coordinator, further enriched the experience with her guidance and support.
As the program transitioned into a formal dinner, the atmosphere became more than just a gatheringβit became a moment of connection, gratitude, and quiet realization. For the JHS-SSG Officers of Batch 2025β2026, it was not simply a seminar, but a meaningful closing chapterβone that honored their journey, growth, and shared service.
At its core, leadership finds its true foundation in three enduring values: ππππ, ππππππππππ, πππ
ππππππππππ. When these are lived out with sincerity, leadership rises beyond roles and responsibilitiesβit becomes service that unites. And in its highest form, leadership reaches its epitome: ππππππ.
Many lessons were learned, but one truth stood clear:
Leadership is not about standing above others, but standing with them. Being a steward.
From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the seminar became a space where voices were heard, experiences were shared, and the purpose was renewed.
We came as individuals.
We leave as oneβpart of something greater.

You made itβnow go further and continue to soar higher! πͺπ
