To continuously improve and update our teachers knowledge, skills and strategies in this ever-dynamic world of teaching, we conducted In-Service Training. Additionally, to maintain a good working environment and tighten the bond of our faculty and staff we also integrate Team building activity. The topics of our In-Service Training were the following:
📍Reflective Practice and Instructional Refinement in the Implementation of K-12 Curriculum
📍Teaching Strategies to Develop Creative Thinking and HOT Skills
📍Empowering Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) in Classroom Instruction

We are beyond grateful for this 2025 Paskomunidad and the joy of the community we shared. The aim of school to conduct the Paskomunidad 2025 manifest its commitment to fostering unity and social responsibility beyond the classroom. Also the Datal Basak Integrated IP School - 500832 wants to bring students, families, staff, and community members together to celebrate the season in a spirit of inclusiveness and goodwill. 𝙄𝙣 𝙋𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙨 || 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

On December 1, 2025, the Datal Basak Integrated IP School -500832 celebrated the Reading Month Celebration, an activity that aimed and successfully brought our IP learners, teachers and our school community together to promote literacy and the genuine love for reading. Throughout the activity, we organized meaningful reading activities and contests such as: Draw and Tell; Story Reading,Best reader, Spelling Bee; Choral Reading; Speech Choir; and Blaan Story Reading.

Thank you to our learners and parents who participated in this activity we are grateful for your remarkable performances. Also, we would like to extend our immense appreciation to the brain of this activity, our two reading coordinators Maam Gladis Postrado-Wacan (Elem) and Maam Cristine Collantes for the wonderful activities they had prepared. Moreover, this activity would not be possible without the leadership and supervision of our dynamic School Head, Maam Belinda Perez for unwavering support and aspirations to our school. As mandated, the Datal Basak Integrated IP School - 500832 conducted today the synchronized story reading activity. This activity promotes the love of reading and improve literacy. It is also a reminder for every learners that the foundation to learning is reading.

Nov. 21, 2025 — Our school successfully conducted the School-Based Program Implementation Review (PIR) at Lechem Cuizine Resto Hall (Formerly Kusina Maasim Inasal). This event gave us the opportunity to reflect on our performance and strengthen our direction for the coming year.

During the PIR, we formally cited the implemented Programs, Projects, Activities (PPAs), successes, and concerns, which were facilitated by Sir Iren A. Remando, MT-1; Sir Nelvin I. Alman, T-3; Sir Mitchell Lawrence B. Gabaz, T-3; and Sir Christian A. Capunong, T-3, highlighting our continuous commitment to quality and inclusive education for our dear IP Learners.

We also, with humble and grateful heart, acknowledged the feedback, recommendations, suggestions, and pledges shared by the involved school stakeholders, all of which will greatly guide our future plans and improvements for the benefit of our learners.

Another milestone for our school as we celebrated the Buwan ng mga Katutubo Culmination, with this year’s theme:" 𝑨𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒚𝒊𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒌𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏, 𝑮𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒃𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒓𝒖𝒏𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒕 𝑲𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒏" on November 11, 2025. This meaningful occasion honors, appreciates, and celebrates the rich culture, history, and contributions of our Indigenous Cultural Communities. It is indeed that diversity is not a hindrance, but a strength that unites us in respecting and valuing our roots.

𝙄𝙣 𝙋𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙨 || 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙒𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙂𝙞𝙧𝙡 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙀𝙣𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩

Random photos of our students during the Municipal-Wide GSP Encampment held at Maasim Central Elementary School on November 13–15, 2025. They showed remarkable effort and discipline throughout the activity, which led them to excel in various scouting events. Out of the 13 participating schools, our Senior GSP Troops proudly won the following:

✅ 3rd – Coastal Clean-Up
✅ 4th – GSP Promise and Law
✅ 5th – Modern Ethnic Dance

As this activity concludes, we extend our sincere thanks and immense gratitude to the individuals who made this event possible, our PSDS, Ma'am Taya A. Saling; District GSP Coordinators, Ma'am Maribeth Duyag (Maasim 1), Ma'am Belinda Perez (Maasim 2), and Ma'am Luzviminda Docallos (Maasim 3). To Titas (teachers who facilitated the scouting activities), thank you for giving our learners a meaningful and enjoyable scouting experience.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to BLGU-Kablacan, led by our supportive Brgy. Captain, Hon. Rubelyn G. Sayson, for the continuous support and commitment to our school. To our school head, Ma'am Belinda Perez, your unwavering support and leadership are truly remarkable and immeasurable, making this scouting activity possible for our students.

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 || 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝟭,𝟳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟰 𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲

Representatives from DOH conducted school-based immunization for Grade 1, 7 and Grade 4 female learners. They give Anti Tetanus Diptheria Vaccine and Measles Rubella Vaccine for all grade 1 and grade 7. Meanwhile, they give Anti Cervical Cancer vaccine (HPV) (Grade 4 Female learners).

Our heartfelt thanks and big salute to their dedication and commitment to health. Especially to their head, Ma’am Vissia Guzman,RN , together with the Muncipal and Barangay Health Workers. Also our utmost appreciation to our community Pastor, Pts. Rowela G. Sulang for assisting them. Big thanks also to our SBFP coordinator, maam Jecel Tano Postrado for facilitating our learners.

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 || 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱

Another meaningful activity conducted in our school. The Training on DRRM and First Aid. It aims to equip our selected learners and teachers to respond to calamities such as earthquakes, landslides and fire. Basic Life Support (BLS) was also discussed by our brilliant speakers to give us a set of emergency skills to respond to a person who is experiencing a medical crisis that focuses on timely and immediate response.

With this, our heartfelt appreciation to our exemplary and brilliant speaker, Sir Lonie Carl Caesar Nierra the Maasim 2 District Nurse and Sir Arsen Kamal from MDRRMO for extending your effort and sharing your knowledge and wisdom during the training. You've given us an essential and meaningful knowledge of earthquakes and BLS. More than that, you have delivered important skills to us in times of emergencies. We are also thankful to our program holders/coordinators of this activity, Sir Christian A. Capunong (School DRRM Coordinator) and Maam Jecel Tano Postrado (SBFP coordinator) for facilitating and preparing the training. Yesterday, our school conducted Science Fair 2025 to promote love in Science, innovation, experiments, and creativity. Our learners discovered and proved that Science is not just about experiments but it is fun, exciting and igniting curiosity. During our Science Fair, our learners showcased spectacular and brilliant innovation and creativity.

With the success of this program, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the brilliant mind of our Science teachers and coordinators Sir Mitchell Lawrence B. Gabac (Elem) and Maam Shalom Mae M. Singcala (JHS) for giving a wonderful and meaningful activity to our learners.
