In line with Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 128 dated August 17, 2026 and due to the continuous heavy rains associated with the Southwest Monsoon, please be informed that there will be NO ONSITE NBI CLEARANCE PROCESSING tomorrow, August 18, 2026, in the following affected areas:

National Capital Region (NCR) and the provinces of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Laguna, and Occidental Mindoro.

Applicants are encouraged to accomplish their NBI Clearance online registration during the suspension of onsite operations.

Onsite NBI Clearance processing in the affected areas will resume on the next regular working day, unless otherwise advised.

Please continue to monitor official NBI channels for further announcements and updates.

This applies to the National Capital Region (NCR) and the provinces of Zambales, Bataan, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Laguna, Quezon, and Occidental Mindoro.

Applicants are advised to complete their onsite NBI Clearance transactions on or before 12:00 NN today. Online registration will remain available through the NBI Clearance website.

Onsite NBI Clearance processing in the affected areas will resume on the next regular working day, unless otherwise advised.
