A. SCHEDULE OF OPENING AND CLOSING OF THE PEDESTRIAN GATE (Near the Main Gate)

GATE OPEN โ REGULAR ENTRY PERIOD
The Watchman shall facilitate the orderly entry of pupils, with or without accompanying parents, and implement the required school security protocols, including bag checking/inspection and visitor screening when necessary.

โ GATE CLOSED โ CONTROLLED ACCESS PERIOD
During this period, the pedestrian gate shall remain closed to regulate the movement of persons entering the school. The Watchman shall assist pupils, school personnel, visitors, and other authorized persons through the designated access point and ensure compliance with the required security protocols.

๐ข REGULATED GATE OPENING

During this period, the gate shall be strictly regulated by the Watchman to facilitate the safe and orderly entry and exit of pupils, school personnel, parents, and other authorized persons, while implementing the required security protocols.
NOTE: Parents may be allowed to enter the school premises during this period to fetch their children and/or accompany them to school for afternoon classes.
Parents who need to assist their children during lunch break may be allowed to stay temporarily inside the school premises for this purpose. They are expected to leave the school premises immediately after providing the necessary assistance.
๐ REGULATED PARENT ENTRY
> 10:00 AM โ Kindergarten (AM Classes)
Parents/guardians of Kindergarten pupils (AM Classes) may enter the school premises to fetch their children. They are expected to leave the school premises promptly after fetching their children.
> 2:00 PM โ 3:00 PM โ Kindergarten & Grades 1โ3
Parents/guardians of Kindergarten and Grades 1โ3 pupils may enter the school premises, when necessary, to fetch their children. Alternatively, they may wait at the designated Waiting Area outside the school, according to their preference.
B. GATE ENTRANCE AND SECURITY PROTOCOLS
For the safety and security of everyone in the school community:
> All personsโpupils, school personnel, parents/guardians, visitors, and other authorized individualsโare required to comply with the school's and DepEd's security protocols before entering the school premises. This includes bag checking/inspection and visitor screening or verification, when necessary.
> Parents/guardians are expected to remain at the designated Waiting Area outside of the school while classes are ongoing, unless their entry into the school premises has been specifically allowed.
> Parents/guardians who are allowed to enter the school premises but whose children are still attending classes or activities are requested to wait at the bleachers of the school gym.
> The Alternative Pedestrian Gate near the school gym shall remain closed and shall only be opened when needed or when circumstances require its use.
> The Main Gate and the Vehicle Entrance/Exit Gate leading to the school gym shall primarily serve as driveway access for vehicles. Vehicle entry through the Main Gate shall be properly regulated and scheduled, preferably before the start of morning and afternoon classes, to avoid disruption to ongoing classes and school activities.
