The Municipality of Lupon, through its Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Program, successfully conducted its first Infant and Toddler Early Development (ITED) Program session for children aged 0–2 years, together with their parents and caregivers.

The ITED Program aims to promote early learning, development, and positive parent-child interactions during the crucial early years of a child's life. Class sessions will be held every Friday, with a one-hour interactive learning session designed to support the holistic growth and development of young children.

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), through the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) and Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP), conducted a monitoring activity to assess the implementation of the Early Childhood Care and Development Program in various Child Development Centers. The activity also aimed to evaluate the preparedness of the centers for the upcoming implementation of the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) for School Year 2026–2027.

This initiative ensures that Child Development Centers are equipped and ready to provide quality services and effectively implement programs that promote the health, nutrition, and holistic development of young children.

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office(MSWD), through the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Program, conducted a training on the implementation of the Infant-Toddler Early Development Program in preparation for its full implementation for School Year 2026–2027.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our resource persons, Ms. Jesselle L. Anacaya, ECCD Focal Person, and Ms. Gemelyn Damian, Child Development Worker (CDW) from the Municipality of Manay, for sharing their knowledge, skills, and valuable experiences in implementing the program.

We also express our heartfelt appreciation to Municipal Mayor Santos Q. Alonzo Jr. and Archelle R. Namoca, RSW, MSWD Officer, for their support and commitment to the successful conduct of this training.
