"The ARAL Program Tutors were formally presented to the parents during the launching program at Benito Barol Sr. Elementary School. The event was facilitated by the focal persons, Mrs. Editha B. Medilo and Mrs. Norma G. Pamposa, together with the school principal, Mrs. Elsa B. Abendan. Parents actively participated in the orientation and, together with the teachers, signed the commitment pledge as a symbol of their shared responsibility in ensuring the success of the program."
