A heartfelt appreciation to our MDRRM Representatives, SFO2 Mark Anthony A Etorne and John Richard Torres, for sharing your valuable knowledge, skills, and practical lessons with our Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts during the Joint BSP and GSP Institutional Investiture and School Backyard Camping held on August 21, 2026, at Bulawan Sr. Elementary School. Your informative and meaningful lecture has helped our young scouts understand the importance of preparedness, safety, discipline, teamwork, and responsibility, especially during emergencies and unexpected situations. Thank you for generously sharing your time and expertise with our learners. Your contribution made this activity more meaningful and memorable.

On behalf of the teaching force and learners of Bulawan Sr. Elementary School, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Council, headed by Hon. Lani M. Cabico, Barangay Captain, together with Kgd. Rey M. Macatingrao, Committee on Education and all the dedicated Barangay Officials, for your unwavering support and commitment to the welfare of our learners.

Despite the instructional block schedule, the Nutrition Month Celebration was successfully integrated into the classroom learning activities on Tuesday, allowing our pupils to actively participate in meaningful and educational contests while ensuring that learning continued without disruption. The awarding of winners, held on July 23, 2026, became even more memorable through the generous initiative of the Barangay Council in providing surprise prizes and free snacks for all participating pupils.

We also extend our warmest congratulations to all the winners of the Coloring Contest, Slogan Making Contest, and Poster Making Contest. Your creativity, talent, and hard work have truly shone throughout the celebration. May this achievement motivate you to continue developing your skills and striving for excellence.

Once again, thank you to the Barangay Council for your invaluable support and for being one of our valued partners in nurturing healthy, creative, and responsible learners.

Malugod po naming kayong ginagabayan sa mga serbisyong inihahatid ng aming paaralan. Upang higit pa kayong mabigyan ng malinaw na impormasyon at maayos na patnubay, inihahandog po namin ang aming School Citizen’s Charter na magsisilbing gabay sa mga proseso, programa, at serbisyong aming ipinagkakaloob para sa kapakanan ng bawat stakeholder ng paaralan.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Guest Speaker Mr. Gerald James B. Loyola for sharing your time, wisdom, and inspiring words to our graduates. Your message has truly motivated and encouraged our graduates to face the future with confidence and determination.
We also thank you to our District Representative Maam Thelma J. Salvador, your presence has made this occasion more meaningful and memorable. The insights you have imparted will surely guide our graduates as they embark on their new journey.
