HEADS UP ASCians!!!

Please be informed that the Special Election for students who were unable to cast their votes during the regular election held on September 9, 2026, has been approved.

The Special Election will be conducted from September 16-17, 2026, preferably during the students’ vacant periods, in coordination with the Student Affairs Office and Board of Elections Inspectors.

This special election is being conducted due to the significant number of student absences during the regular election, which affected voter turnout and resulted in the candidates failing to attain the required 51% of the votes. It aims to provide qualified students who were unable to vote an opportunity to exercise their right to participate and ensure fair and proper student representation.

All concerned students are encouraged to participate and observe the established election guidelines.

For information and guidance.

Office of the Supreme Student Council, Office of the ASC Student Affairs and Services Luna, and the Board of Elections Inspectors.
