Luna MPS Conducts Anti-Bullying Reminder at SFES
SAN FRANCISCO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL — Personnel from the Luna Municipal Police Station (Luna MPS) visited San Francisco Elementary School to conduct a brief but important information drive on the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 (Republic Act 10627) for all learners.
Held right after class hours, the activity aimed to remind students of their rights and responsibilities to keep the school safe, peaceful, and friendly for everyone.
The officers explained clearly what bullying is—including physical, verbal, social, and online forms—and emphasized that bullying is not allowed and has serious consequences. They reminded the learners that every student deserves respect, kindness, and a safe place to learn.
Students were encouraged to speak up and report any incident to their teachers, school head, or trusted adults immediately. They were also reminded to be good friends, look out for one another, and help build a caring school community.
Angeline D. Rumpon, School Principal, thanked Luna MPS for the partnership and emphasized that maintaining a safe and bully-free school is everyone’s shared duty—learners, parents, teachers, and authorities alike.
The short but meaningful reminder ended with a commitment from the students to practice kindness, respect differences, and uphold the spirit of the Anti-Bullying Act every day.
