San Sebastian Elementary School Competes in Zonal Meet 2026,
August 1, 2026– San Sebastian Elementary School actively participated in the 2026 Zonal Meet, uniting delegations from SFES, SJES, SSES, and SLES for a day dedicated to athletic excellence, camaraderie, and friendly competition.
Delegations demonstrated school pride through enthusiastic yells.
Over the course of the competition, the athletes exhibited exceptional skill, self-discipline, and profound respect for both their opponents and officials. The events fostered a positive and encouraging atmosphere, with participants supporting one another irrespective of the outcomes. The meet culminated in an awarding ceremony that honored outstanding athletes and teams for their competitive performance and exemplary conduct.
Winners will advance to the next stage of competition, carrying forward the core values of discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship demonstrated throughout the event.

San Sebastian Elementary School Celebrates Nutrition Month 2026
On July 31, 2026, San Sebastian Elementary School vibrant host of activities for its annual Nutrition Month celebration.
It commenced with a colorful Parade of Fruits and Vegetables, where learners showcased fresh produce throughout the school grounds to highlight the importance of healthy eating. Following the parade, the School Head led a special recognition segment, awarding learners who brought standout items, including the Cutest Pineapple, Biggest Fruit, Healthiest Eggplant, Chubby Banana, Longest Sugar Cane, Best in Nutri Costume and a special award to the chosen A1-child .
To further engage the students creatively, grade-level competitions were held:
Kindergarten to Grade 3: Participated in a thematic coloring contest.
Grades 4 to 6: Showcased their artistic skills in a poster-making competition focused on nutrition.
The celebration concluded with a communal feast, where parents brought home-cooked, nutritious dishes to share. Learners, parents, and faculty gathered to enjoy the meal together, fostering strong school-community partnership and reinforcing the value of health and wellness.

These essential check-ups are a core part of our school health and nutrition assessment program, helping us track baseline metrics so we can better support every child's ongoing development.

Brigada Eskwela Day 3 Update! 🛠️🎨
Today, our dedicated volunteers continued the classroom painting and officially started repairing the blackboards. We have also installed a temporary fence near the field/farm area to ensure our learners' safety.
