At this point, it is my distinct privilege to acknowledge a man of profound wisdom and leadership. We are deeply honored to have with us during our 4th Moving Up Ceremony & Recognition Al-Aalem Jalalodin A. Papandayan, MAIS, our Madaris Division Head/Supervisor for LDS II.
Al-Aalem, your presence as our Guest of Honor and Speaker serves as a powerful inspiration to our students. Your journey and your dedication to the Bangsamoro education system embody the very "Moral Governance" we strive to instill in our completers. Thank you for sharing your time and your light with us.
Behind every successful student and every organized ceremony, there is a team of dedicated educators. I want to extend a special and heartfelt acknowledgment to our Teaching Force and Staff. Your patience, your long hours of preparation, and your commitment to nurturing both the minds and the spirits of our young learners are what make Madrasah Al-Bidayah Pantar Al-Islamia a place of excellence, To Ma'am Monie PDaco, Ma'am NAIRAH M. While our teachers provide the light of knowledge in the classroom, we must also recognize the gears that keep our institution moving. I would like to give a special acknowledgment also to our Administrative Staff and School Officials. To our Registrar Al-Ustadha Borhanah G**o Abduljalil, to our coordinators, and the office team, thank you for your tireless work in managing the records, the finances, and the daily operations of our Madrasah. Your professionalism ensures that we can focus on our mission: providing quality education to the children of our community and in line with the MBHTE-DGME slogan & flagship principle that "NO BANGSAMORO CHILD SHALL BE LEFT BEHIND." A school is only as strong as its foundation, and you are the silent strength that supports us all.
To our honored visitors, thank you for witnessing this milestone. To the proudest parents in the room: these medals and certificates belong to you as much as they do to your children. Your sacrifices are the foundation upon which their success is built.
And finally, to our Class of 2026 Completers: You are the "Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa." This time, you move up not just at grade level, but in your responsibility to be moral and upright citizens of the Bangsamoro.
