November 22, 2025: Liceo de Luisiana-Peer Facilitators Guild, participated in an OFW Talk with a theme "Understanding the impact on family and faith" at ICCS-Sta. Cruz.

Enlightening our minds that "true love involves sacrifices, and giving until it hurts" just like how our parents does. Some parents weren't able to guide their own kid while taking care of others' kid . Some of them gets tired yet they still manage to give us the love that we deserve. Some of them were not around and was too busy. Some of them are always present and is so supportive in everything even if it could cost them too much.

They always sacrifice something to make us feel loved, cared, and secured; like being an OFW and migrant parents. Being able to provide the needs of their kid/s in their daily life. Showing their kids the biggest bright smiles on a gloomy days rather than resting. To show us support, for us to strive more and to explore more rather than to be celled to what they we are used to.

True love exist yet it sacrifices.

Day 2 || September 19, 2025: Peer Facilitator Guild reminds every student to fight in life.

"The Lord Himself will fight for you. Just stay calm." Exodus 14:14

If the world is full of chaos, He will fix it.
If the world is judging you, He will protect you.
If the world is noisy, He will give you peace.

He can give you everything— you just need to stay calm in doing the things that you love,
as long as it's right, never stop.

Yet don't pressure yourself too much.
Live your life to the fullest.
Because you— a teenager is still a kid.

You need laughter, rest, and sleep.
You can express your feelings and thoughts.
And you are allowed to explore things.

So never— never cut, stop, or chain your life.
You are free to do things, don't mind them.
But still, be kind to those who bring you down.

Make them be your power.
Make them proud of your achievements.
Make them realize that you're strong.

Make them realize that God is with you.
In this battle. In this trial. And in this uphill.
Then, let the universe do the job— for them.

Let's use our words in a good way. Let's say "I love you" rather that rude jokes. Let's share meaningful things rather than rumors that could ruin a peer. Because words can ruin or help one another.
Let us always be reminded that everything is irreversible, and that we should always think twice before you uttered a word. Because words are powerful.
