Previously on CEFI’s CAMPUS MIC edition!
CEFI AB Communication students aired the fourth episode of Campus Mic on July 15, 2026, featuring our new students and members of The Calayan Minstrels (TCM).
During the program, our new students—Marcus, Janna, Yana, and Gadz—answered questions delving into what made them choose AB Communication and what qualities they believe they can bring to the industry. We also had the chance to get to know TCM, our Singing Ambassadors of Goodwill, with live duet performances from Axcel Reyes and Tricia Denise Libranda (BS Criminology), and Jean Henri Canzon (BS Physical Therapy) and Mary Cris Fevidal (Grade 12).
Sophomores Selina Orate and Kris Abonal took the microphone for the episode, while Marc Lawrence Aquino and Kyla May Saceda, both second-year AB Communication students, produced campus news segments. Junior Gadymer Delumen also debuted his first campus news segment on the program.
Produced by Radyo Pilipinas Lucena (RPL), Campus Mic is designed to put students from across Lucena City and Tayabas City behind the microphone, giving them the opportunity to share their news, opinions, and creativity with a wider audience in an authentic radio broadcasting environment.
The Philippine Broadcasting Service’s RPL is one of CEFI’s long-term industry partners, providing media exposure and hands-on learning opportunities for students. This partnership has paved the way for CEFI alumni who have become media personalities, including Carmi Isles, Josa Andrea Cruzat, Mara Pepaño-Grezula, Norvie Giron, Joshua Miguel Suarez, and Aaron Lingon.
