Shutter’s Best
(On-the-spot Photography Competition)
The Competition
The Shutter’s Best is a competition where STI students convey their interpretation of a given theme through an artistic and original photography.
Open to all College and Senior High School students
The Competing Individual
To qualify, the participating student or entrant must:
1. Be enrolled for two (2) consecutive terms at the time of the competition;
2. For the current term, must have a study load of at least 75% of the total units prescribed for the term or the remaining study load for graduating students;
3. Have not won or been declared as the National Champion in the previews Tagisan ng Sining Shutter’s Best competition. The National Champions will not be allowed to compete in the same event, but may join in other event competitions.

Director’s Cut
(Documentary, Educational Shorts, Music Video, Short Film, Vlog Making Competition)
The Competition
The Director’s Cut is a competition where STI students work together to produce an artistic, creative, and original video.
Open to all College and Senior High School students
The Competing Team
To qualify:
1. Each team shall be composed of not more than three (3) students, excluding the actors and actresses;
2. All members of the competing team must be enrolled for two (2) consecutive terms at the time of the competition in any of STI’s program offerings.
3. For the current term, all members of the competing team must have a study load of at least 75% of the total units prescribed for the term of the remaining study load for graduating students; and
4. All members of a competing team shall belong to only one team;
5. Any member of the team must have not won or been declared as the National Champion in a Previous Tagisan ng Sining Music for Reel competition. The National Champions will not be allowed to compete in the same event, but may join in other event competitions.
Each team shall identify a Director from among its members who shall be the team’s official representative and the only authorized person to file a protest on behalf of the team.
Requirements:
• List of members per group
o Includes name, student no., year and section
o to be submitted to Mr. Tena or Mr. Glorioso
• Teams must submit the video in a disc that is properly labelled with all the team member’s names.
• Only one entry shall be accepted per team
