Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF), in partnership with Globe Telecom, is set to strengthen campus connectivity through the establishment of Globe’s first on-campus cell site in Lucena City.

This milestone supports the University’s vision of digitalization by providing stronger mobile and internet connectivity for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, enabling better access to digital learning platforms, online resources, and future smart campus technologies.

The project was made possible through the initiative of the General Services Department (GSD) Engineers in coordination with the MSEUF Technical Working Group (TWG), whose efforts helped facilitate and advance this important infrastructure development.

As MSEUF continues its journey toward becoming a smart and future-ready campus, initiatives that enhance digital infrastructure play a vital role in supporting innovation, connectivity, and academic excellence.
