Today, we celebrate the 𝟔𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, honoring its rich history, vibrant culture, and the hardworking and resilient people who continue to shape its identity.

Lucena became a city through 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐍𝐨. 𝟑𝟐𝟕𝟏, also known as the 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚, which was approved on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟕, 𝟏𝟗𝟔𝟏.

As we celebrate this special day, may we continue to take pride in our city and work together for a brighter and more progressive Lucena.
