After a week full of scheduling and stress, the best yoga activities focus on restoration, gentle stretching, and releasing tension from long hours of sitting, commuting, planning, thinking, etc., Treat yourself to a 1 hour relaxation, it won’t take so much of your time but it will give you a benefit of a lifetime (consistency matters)
