On August 17, 2026, the Good Friends Foundation (GFF) successfully conducted its Formal Introduction, Contract Signing, and Awarding of Scholarship Grant Certificates at the Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Lucena (DLL) Office of Student Affairs and Services and the Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) Lucena Campus Office of the Campus Director.

The activity was led by Engr. Mark Joseph Aguado Sore, GFF President, together with Sandra Cosejo, GFF Scholar Manager, marking another milestone in the foundation's commitment to supporting deserving students in their pursuit of quality education.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. John Mark M. Cuario, OSAS Coordinator of DLL, and Dr. Jess Mark L. Alinea, Campus Director of SLSU Lucena, for their warm welcome and support in strengthening this partnership for student development.

On the 26th year of Good Friends Foundation Inc., witness our search for new scholars who will continue their college education.

From 4 Barangays in Lucena City, our foundation visited the homes of 6 aspiring scholars who passed our first screening.

One is an aspiring teacher, one wants to become a public servant, one wants to be an accountant, two of them want to be technologists, and one part-time kitchen crew who dreams of becoming an entrepreneur.

From this group of aspirants, half of them will successfully qualify to become official GFF Scholars.
