World Mental Health Day 2026
WHOโS YOUR 911 PERSON?
FLEX YOUR 911 PERSON! ๐ซถ๐ป๐
We all have that one person we can call when life gets a little too much. Yung taong โUy, pwede ba kitang makausap?โ and theyโre there. ๐ฅน๐ค
Your 911 person can be your bestie, classmate, family member, mentor, schoolmate, or anyone you trustโsomeone who listens, encourages you, checks up on you, or simply makes you feel that youโre not alone. ๐ซ
โจ Now itโs your turn to FLEX THEM! โจ
๐ธ HOW TO JOIN:
Comment a photo of your 911 person on this official activity post and tell us:
๐ฌ โWhy is this person my 911?โ
Share a short and inspiring story about what makes them your go-to person. Maybe theyโre the one who listens to your random rants, sends a "Uy tara!", "Sama ka!" at โKumain ka na ba?โ text, stays when things get hard, or reminds you that tomorrow can still be better. ๐ฅน๐
