𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒔 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑩𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒇𝒖𝒍. ✨

The 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝑪𝑶𝑻𝑬𝑫) continues its commitment to service through 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉, our monthly community outreach program dedicated to extending learning support and meaningful engagement to the community.

On August 14, 2026, our 𝑷𝒓𝒆-𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔, together with the 𝑪𝑶𝑻𝑬𝑫 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒔 and our COTED Faculty Members, 𝑴𝒓𝒔. 𝑱𝒆𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒇𝒆𝒓 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈 and 𝑴𝒔. 𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒄𝒂 𝑺𝒖𝒍𝒊𝒕, conducted a learning session at 𝑮𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈-𝑮𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 – 𝑫𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒕 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏, our partner school.

Through this initiative, our student tutors provided reading support and guidance to learners as they strengthened their reading skills and comprehension. Beyond learning, the activity also became an opportunity to share care and encouragement through the distribution of school supplies, made possible through our collaboration with the 𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔’ 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚 (𝑯𝑶𝑵𝑺𝑪𝑯𝑶).

We extend our gratitude to 𝑴𝒓. 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝑹𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒆𝒓 𝑪𝒂𝒆𝒈, HONSCHO President, for joining us in making this initiative possible.

Ngayong Agosto 19, ang Kolehiyo ng Edukasyong Pangguro ay nakikiisa sa paggunita sa kapanganakan ni dating Pangulong Manuel Luis Quezon, isang pinuno na nag-iwan ng makabuluhang ambag sa ating bansa, lalo na sa pagpapaunlad at pagpapahalaga sa wikang pambansa.

Sa kanyang mga nagawa at naiwan na pamana, patuloy siyang kinikilala bilang isang mahalagang bahagi ng ating kasaysayan at bilang inspirasyon sa pagmamahal sa bayan, pagkakaisa, at paglilingkod.

The College of Teacher Education joins the Sacred Heart College community in celebrating the 89th Year of Faithful Presence of the Daughters of Charity.

What began with Hermana Fausta Labrador’s trust and generosity has grown into a lasting legacy of faith, education, compassion, and service. Through the years, the Daughters of Charity have helped shape not only our institution but also generations of learners and future educators who continue to carry the mission forward.

On July 23, 2026, the College of Teacher Education, in partnership with Gulang-Gulang National High School – Domoit Extension, started the college's community engagement, CommuniTeach. A School-Based Reading Intervention committed to strengthening learners' reading skills through meaningful and responsive interventions.

Through our Reading Tutorial Sessions, we continue to empower every learner, build confidence, and nurture a lifelong love for reading. Together, we create opportunities where no child is left behind and every learner receives the support they need to thrive—because every dream begins with the ability to read. 💙📖

This meaningful partnership was further recognized during the GGNHS-Domoit Extension activity, the 1st Gawad GITING, where Sacred Heart College – College of Teacher Education was honored as a Dedicated Stakeholder – GOLD AWARDEE!
