What a sweet and fulfilling journey it has been for Batch 13 of the Bread and Pastry Production NC II under GSPTAC – Genuine Service Presidents Training & Assessment Center, Inc.! 🎂

From their very first day of training to their final creations, our students have poured their time, effort, creativity, and passion into every bake. They learned to knead, shape, proof, bake, decorate, and, most importantly, believe in their growing skills.

Throughout their training, they created a wonderful variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other delicious treats. Each creation represents not only what they learned, but also the patience, teamwork, perseverance, and dedication they developed along the way. 🍞🧁🍪🎂

Looking back at their journey, we are proud to see how far they have come—from learning the basics to confidently turning simple ingredients into beautiful and delicious creations.
