For the celebration of ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก (๐๐๐๐) ๐๐๐๐, On ๐๐ฆ๐ฑ๐ต๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ณ 11 at the ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ถ๐ข๐ฅ๐ณ๐ข๐ฏ๐จ๐ญ๐ฆ, ๐โ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ฆ, under the guidance of its Club Moderator, ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ข๐๐ง ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐จ ๐. ๐๐ข๐ฆ (SHS Coordinator), proposed an education talk with the theme of โ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฉ๐จ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ ๐๐จ: ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ฃ, ๐๐๐ช๐ฃ๐ก๐๐ง๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ฃโ featuring resource speakers from Lucena Component City Police Station. ๐ท๐บ๐บ๐ฎ ๐จ๐๐ ๐ด. ๐ท๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐
๐ท๐ช๐ท๐ณ ๐ฑ๐๐ ๐ญ. ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ were invited to ๐๐๐๐๐ to formally speak about certain issues arising inside of school. The main goal of this awareness talk is to inspire Rosarians to achieve and promote good deeds, peacefulness, and tranquility among every individual.
The Masters of Ceremony of this event was ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐พ๐ฆ๐๐ ๐๏ผ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐ and ๐พ๐๐๐ ๐ป๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๏ผ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, both Ilustrado members. The Doxology was held by ๐๐๏ผ ๐พ๐๐๐ โ๐๐ ๐
๏ผ ๐ธ๐๐๐ข๐ ๐๐๐๐ and the Philippine National Anthem was held by ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐ ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐ . Afterwards, the opening remarks were conducted by ๐๐ซ๐ฌ. ๐๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐จ๐ฌ (OIC/Academic Coordinator) saying words of pure wisdom that we should respect, learn, help those who surround you, be aware of every issue, and become commited in every deed we do.
The first topic was clarified by ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ about bullying. She focused on the ๐๐ฆ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฃ๐ญ๐ช๐ค ๐๐ค๐ต 10627 ๐๐ฏ๐ต๐ช๏ผ๐๐ถ๐ญ๐ญ๐บ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ค๐ต ๐ฐ๐ง 2013, this Act says that any continous misdeeds or bad actions to other people is considered bullyling. The purpose of this Act is for every school to become a free, happy, and safe place that students can enjoy in. The 4 Types of Bullying were presented including physical, verbal, psychological, and cyberbullying, various ways were shown to highlight correct actions to elevate any real-life scenarios or situations about bullying. โ๐ผ๐ฃ๐ช๐ข๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ช๐ง๐ ๐ค ๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ, ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐๐ฎ ๐๐ฉ๐ค ๐ฃ๐ ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ค๐จ.โ โ ๐ท๐บ๐บ๐ฎ ๐จ๐๐ ๐ด. ๐ท๐๐๐๐
Next was the second topic of Anti-Drugs, ๐๐ฆ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฃ๐ญ๐ช๐ค ๐๐ค๐ต 9165 ๐๐ฏ๐ต๐ช๏ผ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐จ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ด ๐๐ค๐ต was introduced to show the Rosarians about the physical and mental effects drugs can do. Drugs are substances that are harmful to the human body if over-consumed, therefore, making it unsafe for adults and especially students. As said by ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ, many students only indulge in drugs because of curiousity, pleasure, pressure, problems, and looking for attention.
The next topic was ๐๐ค๐ต๐ช๐ท๐ฆ ๐๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ท๐ช๐ท๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ช๐ฑ๐ด that ๐ท๐ช๐ท๐ณ ๐ฑ๐๐ ๐ญ. ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ that helped the Rosarian become familiar. The prime example that ๐ท๐ช๐ท๐ณ ๐๐จ๐ฒ ๐
. ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ณ๐จ๐ซ๐ emphasized was the recent issues in Tacloban, vividly comparing the situation and explaining to the Rosarians about the proper evacuations tips if the same scenario arises. The three steps to do if an active shooter is present, is to ๐ฅ๐๐ป, ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐. Keeping your hands visible and calling emergency services if in a safe space, turning off lights and staying out of sight if in a classroom is the most efficient way to avoid ant dangers, and a last resort if the other steps are not possible, is to physically fight and prevent the shooter from injuring and potentially doing harm.
Soon, the Q&A portion was opened for the Rosarians to share their questions, thoughts, and asking for advice to any real-life situations. Every question was filled with curiousity and interest by the answers of the resource speakers. Later on, The Ilustrado Society rewarded the resource speakers ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐
