Pamilya man sa dugo, sa pagkakaibigan, o sa paglilingkod, sama-sama sa iisang hapag! 🍽️

✨ SSLG officers at Youth Convention 2026 | Lucena City

Last September 9, seven student leaders from SELG and SSLG of public and private schools in Lucena City attended the Youth Convention 2026 held at the Lucena City Convention Center from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

The event was led by the Lucena Youth Development Office (LYDO) as part of the celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026. College students from the Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Lucena (DLL) were also among the participants.

We had the opportunity to listen to inspiring speakers, including Mr. Amerson Aguinaldo who shared valuable insights on The purpose of youth and how they're different to each other, while Mr. Nestie Villaviray shared The Sytem: Youth Political Participation & Local Governance, and Senator Bam Aquino greeted maligayang linggo ng kabataan, respectively.

The experience gave our SSLG officers new insights that they can apply in leading their fellow students, making better decisions, and carrying out their responsibilities as student leaders.

📣 SSLG CLUB DAY

September 2-3, 2026

From a sudden idea to a successful event. ✨

Welcome to Supreme Sarap!

We were able to successfully and smoothly organize Supreme Sarap during Club Day. Through good coordination and assigning someone to handle each food item, we were able to work efficiently and avoid confusion or chaos throughout the event.

As for the money raised, Club Day 1 generated ₱1,500, while Club Day 2 generated ₱2,616. The money raised will be used by the SSLG for our next event, the upcoming Teachers’ Day celebration this October.

Thank you so much to our fellow students and teachers who supported our little shop. Your support not only gave you satisfaction through our delicious treats but also helped us raise funds for our upcoming events. Your simple purchase became a meaningful contribution to the activities and projects of the SSLG.

Thank you once again for your continued support and generosity. We truly appreciate every purchase, encouragement, and support you have given us. We look forward to sharing more exciting and delicious moments with you in our next events! 🥳

Congratulations to our SSLG President, Venjaneth M. Arevalo! ✨

Leading a diverse group of student leaders from different schools in Lucena City was no easy task. Yet, despite the challenges of bringing everyone together, you proved that strong leadership can turn differences into teamwork and goals into achievements.

Your team’s victories as Best in Yell and Best Banner reflect your dedication, confidence, and ability to lead.

More than the awards, you made us proud by showing that our school has a student leader who knows how to lead, inspire, and make a difference.

The entire SSLG family is truly proud of you, Venjaneth!
