Regaza has once again proven her dominance on the chessboard, clinching the individual 4-Peat Championship title in the district-level chess tournament held from September 9 to 11, 2026. Backed by their stellar combined performance, both Regaza and Ilao have secured their spots to represent the Division of Lucena City at the upcoming STCAA 2027. Formerly known as RAAM (Regional Athletic Association Meet), the prestigious event will be held in Lipa City, Batangas, where they will compete against the region's finest players.
Rounding out the individual podium was Veluz of the North District, who claimed the third-place spot.
Regazaโs remarkable achievement stands as a testament to her dedication and the expert guidance of her coaches, Anaiza R. Tinamisan and Sarah Joy Sapungan, whose mentorship has been instrumental in her consistent success.
