Happy National Heroes Day!

We honor and give thanks to our heroes who worked hard for their people and played an active role in establishing democracy and Philippine Independence.

Marians, be one of these heroes that your fellow students will look up to in the fields of politics, arts and culture and many more. Lend a hand and never hesitate to go above and beyond your call of duty.

In commemoration of our late president Manuel L. Quezon, who fought vigorously for a speedy grant of independence and fought for passage of the Tydings–McDuffie Act (1934), which provided for full independence for the Philippines 10 years after the creation of a constitution and the establishment of a Commonwealth government that would be the forerunner of an independent republic, let’s celebrate his 144th Birthday.
