Congratulations to Ms. Riah Angelou R. Radan, our BS Hospitality Management (HRM) student for bagging the GOLD MEDAL AWARD earlier today, in the Philippine Culinary Cup 2024 held at SMX Convention Center! 👏🎉🥳

Ms. Radan’s gold-winning entry drew on both her personal and professional experiences, with hours spent perfecting the skills for this competition. The promising future chef’s attention to detail, her innovative interpretations of the ingredients, and creativity displayed on her signature dish, the SEARED SALMON & SEAFOOD SAUSAGE, led to her gold medal finish and drew praises from over 30 judges from different parts of the globe.

This recognition is a testament to the immense skills cultivated by our BSHM program and our team, who also serve as the driving force in making SACLI the number one school in hospitality programs in CALABARZON.
