‎𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 is observed every 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟓 to recognize the importance of equipping young people with the knowledge and skills they need for employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning. It highlights the vital role of education and technical training in helping youth build a brighter future.

‎The day was established by the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲, with the first global celebration taking place on 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟓. Since then, countries around the world have marked the occasion by promoting education, innovation, and opportunities for young people.

‎The term "𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬" goes beyond academic knowledge. It includes technical abilities, digital literacy, communication, leadership, creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving qualities that prepare young people to succeed in school, work, and everyday life.

‎Today, rapid technological change and the evolving job market make learning new skills more important than ever. By developing their talents and continuously improving their abilities, young people can adapt to new challenges, contribute to their communities, and help create a more sustainable and inclusive future.
