𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 | 𝐒𝐀𝐂𝐋𝐈 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐆𝐘

1st to 4th Year Criminology students gathered for our Departmental Orientation, bringing everyone together for a day filled with reminders, learning, and a few words of inspiration as we start another academic year.

We were also joined by our guest speakers from Pagbilao District Jail, JO1 Leizl Keith Abegail A. Queñano and JO1 Kenneth Orinday.

JO1 Leizl Keith Abegail A. Queñano shared an informative discussion about the BJMP, along with the importance of youth involvement in promoting peace, security, and unity.

Meanwhile, JO1 Kenneth Orinday, a proud SACLI alumnus, shared his journey from being a student of SACLI to becoming a BJMP personnel. His story gave us a glimpse of what it takes to pursue a career in public service and reminded us to keep working toward the goals we have for ourselves.

He also shared important points about Drug Awareness, reminding us to be aware of the consequences of illegal drugs and to make better choices for our future.

Our Institutional Offices also took part in the orientation by giving students important reminders about school policies, proper conduct, and the services available to us. We were also reminded about the proper use of school facilities, including the library, as well as the responsibilities we have as students and members of the SACLI.

It was a simple but meaningful gathering for the whole department getting to hear from professionals, learning new things, being reminded of our responsibilities, and starting the school year together as one Criminology family. 💚👮‍♀️👮‍♂️

A day of new beginnings, shared laughter, and memorable moments as we welcomed our freshmen into the SACLI family.

The Department of Criminology was thrilled to welcome our freshmen with a detective themed booth filled with fun challenges and activities. From identifying suspects to solving cases, our booth gave everyone the opportunity to experience what it's like to think like a detective. 🕵️‍♀️🔍

We sincerely appreciate everyone who visited, participated and supported our booth. Most especially to our freshmen, welcome to SACLI! We hope our booth became one of the memorable experiences you'll take with you as you begin your college journey. 💚✨
