In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 136, there will be no classes at all levels and all offices will be closed on 28 September 2026 (Monday).

SHC will observe Wellness Time and Family Day in celebration of Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day and the 34th National Family Week. This whole-day observance aims to give our students, faculty, and staff meaningful time to rest, reconnect, and celebrate with their families.

May this special day strengthen our SHC Family and remind us of the gift of togetherness.

LOOK. In line with its commitment to providing a safe, secure, orderly, and conducive learning environment, Sacred Heart College of Lucena City, Inc. will implement its Enhanced Campus Security Protocols effective July 1, 2026.

The implementation is guided by DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026, "Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment," and supports the strengthened campus safety measures reinforced by the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).

Under the enhanced protocols:

1️⃣ Routine bag inspections and security screening will be conducted at all campus entry points.

2️⃣ Vehicle inspections, visitor logbook registration, and visitor pass issuance will continue to be implemented.

3️⃣ Bag inspections will be limited to visual checks only, with owners opening their own bags. Security personnel will not access personal documents or digital devices, ensuring respect for privacy and human dignity.

4️⃣ Weapons, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, va**ng devices, hazardous materials, and other prohibited items remain strictly not allowed inside the campus.
