4. The Student Admission Staff will distribute queuing numbers starting at 7:00 AM at SLSU Gate 1.
5. ๐ก๐ผ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ are to be collected to confirm the admission slot.
6. Applicants who require a companion may bring only one (1) person inside the premises.
7. Applicants for BS Nursing, BS Radiologic Technology, BS Midwifery, BS Accountancy, BS Hospitality Management, BA Psychology, and College of Agriculture are ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฑ by a parent or guardian for a short program orientation.
8. Non-appearance on the given schedule means forfeiture of the admission slot. 9. In case a program reaches its quota, qualified applicants may still apply for reconsideration in programs with available slots. However, reconsideration is still subject to approval and the availability of slots.
