OMSC proudly congratulates Dr. Angelito V. Quiñones, Jr., Director for Social and Cultural Affairs, for the NCCA approval of “Project HATAW: Holistic Advancement and Training for Arts and Wellness”, with a ₱1,000,000 grant approved by the NCCA Board of Commissioners.

This achievement highlights OMSC’s continued commitment to arts, culture, and wellness.
