GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES IN OMSC LUBANG SECRET FILES
We are grateful to have such a platform to express ourselves. Too much of anything is the beginning of a mess, as Dorothy Draper once said. For everyone's sake, the page currently needs a brake to prevent further conflicts. Because of this, guidelines are absolutely necessary for everyone. The administrators of this page would like to introduce to you the set of guidelines that we wish to impose in light of several occurrences in our Secret Files. By complying to these guidelines, we can make the environment more enjoyable and secure for everyone. Your entry will not be published in the Secret Files if any of these standards are violated.
Here are the following guidelines that the admins want to implement:
1. There is no such thing as a "private" social media site, so think before you send an entry. It's best to refrain from disclosing private information.
2. Never discuss an issue involving a named or pictured individual on social media without that person's consent.
3. Sending or commenting in our page that is unauthorized commercial solicitations (such as spam) is not permitted, nor are bullying, intimidating, or harassing other users; posting content that is offensive, obscene, pornographic, or containing nudity; or engaging in any activity that is illegal, deceptive, malicious, or discriminatory.
4. Whether you use these networks for enjoyment or grieving, don't let your online social networking hurt the institution or you.
5. If the content of your message is inappropriate for a telephone conversation, in-person interaction, or any other medium, it is also inappropriate for a social networking site.
6. Use no racial or ethnic profanities, obscenity, or conduct that would be prohibited in our Secret Files. Additionally, you should take extra precautions to respect the privacy of others and sensitive subjects.
7. The admins welcome comments because they foster community and credibility. However, the admins would regularly review the comments. It enables us to remove spam comments and block anyone who consistently posts insensitive or irrelevant comments.
8. The writing of any COVID-19-related information that would frighten the student body is prohibited in this page.
9. Kindly follow the Facebook Community Standard to prevent our page to get restricted by them.
10. Any grievances about the organizations will be automatically rejected.
