𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗟𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗!

UPLB LRC is extending applications for the Borrow-A-Laptop (BAL) Program under the Agricultural and Rural Development Scholarship (ARDS) Plus Program.

Through semestral laptop leases, the BAL Program aims to support students who need reliable devices for online learning, thesis work, and other academic requirements.

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
💻 Priority for undergraduate students with SLAS brackets of FD, PD 80, or PD 60
💻 Students at a considerable disadvantage during asynchronous learning modality (i.e., students who do not own a laptop or who are sharing a laptop with others)
💻 Students with scholarships and other types of grants whose benefits do not cover gadget assistance
💻 Students who are not beneficiaries of the UPLB CARES Borrow-a-Laptop Program
💻 Students who urgently need a laptop for their theses

Students from the Our Lady of Fatima University, College of Arts and Sciences are 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 to a study entitled 𝗔𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

They are looking for UPLB students who are the following:
📍 18 to 24 years old
📍 Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
📍 Neither parent has attended higher education
📍 Fully dependent on their parents

This study may 𝗡𝗢𝗧 be for you if your are the following:
🚫 Receive support from your relatives instead of your parents
🚫 Have a sibling currently attending any higher education institution
🚫 Are currently or have previously been a working student
