Para sa Banamos Festival Parade 2026, bubuo ang UPOU ng isang float na gagawin mula sa mga recycled na tela na ambag ng komunidad.
KAILANGAN NAMIN ANG INYONG MGA RETASO!
* Katsa, flour cloth, cotton, o iba pang reusable na tela
* Hugis tatsulok, 5 pulgada hanggang 1 talampakan
* Anumang kulay
* Huwag mag-ambag ng tarpaulin
Ang bawat piraso ay magiging bahagi ng isang kolektibong likha na sumasalamin sa pagkakaisa at pagkamalikhain ng UPOU community.

Featuring UPOU initiatives like the Associate of Arts in Digital Entrepreneurship (AADE) and OUgnayan, she emphasized the power of open distance e-learning in democratizing access to education and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals.

Wherever Filipinos are, learning should be within reach
UPOU is strengthening its commitment to overseas Filipinos through potential academic collaborations with the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu.
The discussions explored lifelong learning opportunities for OFWs and Filipinos with dual citizenship, including possible programs in entrepreneurship, community building, and continuing education.
As UPOU expands its international partnerships, it continues to create pathways that bring accessible, quality education closer to Filipinos, wherever they may be in the world.
