Para sa Banamos Festival Parade 2026, bubuo ang UPOU ng isang float na gagawin mula sa mga recycled na tela na ambag ng komunidad.

* Katsa, flour cloth, cotton, o iba pang reusable na tela
* Hugis tatsulok, 5 pulgada hanggang 1 talampakan
* Anumang kulay
* Huwag mag-ambag ng tarpaulin
Ang bawat piraso ay magiging bahagi ng isang kolektibong likha na sumasalamin sa pagkakaisa at pagkamalikhain ng UPOU community.

UPOU is strengthening its commitment to overseas Filipinos through potential academic collaborations with the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu.
The discussions explored lifelong learning opportunities for OFWs and Filipinos with dual citizenship, including possible programs in entrepreneurship, community building, and continuing education.
