UP CODE AGAINST GRADE SOLICITATION

The University Code prohibits any form of grade solicitation. Article 377 of the Code states:

"No student of the University shall solicit directly or indirectly any grade from his/her professor. Any student violating this rule shall lose credit in the subject(s) regarding which such solicitation is made, without prejudice to the filing of a case for disciplinary action"

Email messages of students requesting for additional incentives, extra work or consideration can be considered as an evidence to support grade solicitation.

You can avail of the service if you meet the following:
1. Bona fide UPLB Staff (Faculty, REPS, or Admin).
2. Mixed Income Earner (UPLB employment + a registered business enterprise).
3. BIR Registered with a valid TIN.

2. Due to limited slots, the first 10 applicants (and thereafter) would be evaluated for qualification.

4. Wait-listed applicants will be notified of the slot availability via email on 13 April 2026 and must reply on or before 5:00PM of the same day.
