We are pleased to announce that the 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐠𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 – 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐄-𝐔𝐏) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 is now accepting applications for student exchange for the Spring (Second) Semester of AY 2026–2027. This opportunity is open to current UP undergraduates.

UPLB Feature | Estonian University of Life Sciences delegation visits UPLB

UPLB welcomed delegates from the Estonian University of Life Sciences (EMÜ) on 23–28 February 2026 for a series of academic engagements with UPLB faculty members and students.

The EMÜ delegation was led by Reimo Mürgimäe, Chief Specialist in Nature-Based Tourism and Chair of Biological Diversity and Nature Tourism, and Dr. Marika Kose, Senior Lecturer in Nature Tourism.

The visit provided opportunities for academic exchange and knowledge-sharing in the areas of nature tourism, biodiversity, and related fields, further strengthening connections between UPLB and EMÜ.

UPLB welcomed delegates from the Estonian University of Life Sciences (EMÜ) on February 23-28, 2026.  The EMÜ delegation was led by Reimo Mürgimäe,

[INTERNATIONALIZATION EVENTS: Day 1 of the first UP HABI Global Mobility and Exchange Fair 2026]

The UP HABI Global Mobility and Exchange Fair 2026 formally opened today at the IBG-KAL Theatre, bringing together University officials, international partners, and members of the UP community for the inaugural fair.

UP President Angelo A. Jimenez warmly welcomed the UP community and international guests, while UP System Office of International Linkages Deputy Director Gino Angelo Velasco delivered the opening remarks. The program culminated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by President Jimenez, alongside Vice President Marian Coquia-Regidor, Assistant Vice President for Research and Innovation Percival Almoro, Deputy Director Velasco, and Prof. Takashi Watanabe, Vice President of Kogakuin University.

The fair seeks to promote global mobility and exchange opportunities for the UP community by bringing together local and international stakeholders committed to strengthening academic partnerships, international collaboration, and cross-cultural exchange.

As UP HABI begins its first day and implementation, it provides a space for the UP community to discover opportunities, build connections, and weave new partnerships with the world.
