Joined by the 2024-2025 alumni of KALANSING, we were able to witness many talented student actors and actresses claim the stage and capture the audience in a heart-felt story. Congratulations to all the students that participated!

Liceo de Los Baños and KALANSING was invited to UP DL UMALI HALL last August 27, 2025 to witness DDBT's live theatrical performance titled, "In The Wake of the Lake, In the Roar of the Ocean," featuring Harmonya: The String Ensemble of UPLB, UPLB Choral Ensemble, and UPLB Talent Pool.

"In The Wake of the Lake, In the Roar of the Ocean," is a theatrical performance that shows water memory, climate crisis and stewardship, directed by Dr. Dennis D Gupa, an award-winning director in applied theatre and environmental performance.

We are honored to be an audience of this great project and product of passion, and we will continue to aim towards art with purpose and meaning.

KALANSING (Kabataan Laan ng Sining) is Liceo de Los Baños' film and theatre group. We believe that art, no matter the form or medium, must make an impact, not just to its audience; but to the community and its members as well. If that sounds good to you, then you might be interested in joining us for this school year! Please refer to the captions for more information.
