The DOST-NRCP-funded project, “Securing the Future of Philippine Inland Waters: An Integrated Impact Assessment of NRCP Research Initiatives in Lake Danao and Lake Lanao,” is looking for a Project Technical Assistant I to join the team!
Position: Project Technical Assistant I
Contract: 3 years, renewable every 3 months
Duration: October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2029
Salary: ₱32,300/month (SG-10)
Qualifications:
We are looking for applicants with:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Fisheries, Forestry, Human Ecology, Development Communication, or related fields
• Preferably with experience in research, impact assessment, freshwater ecosystems, or related projects
• Knowledge of basic research methods, field data collection, and administrative work
• Strong written and communication skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet project standards and deadlines
• Willingness to travel to project sites
Scope of Work:
The successful applicant will assist in fieldwork, surveys, sampling, data collection, research data management, stakeholder coordination, administrative requirements, report preparation, and other project activities.
