Take a step forward and try out the free counseling offered by the university by following these steps. ✨

1. Create an OSAM account by using your UP mail and fill up the required information such as personal details and an account picture. Kindly wait for the emails regarding account approval.
2. Book an appointment through the website. Input your available hours, and wait for the scheduled date of your initial assessment.
3. Meet with the psychometrician for the initial assessment and intake interview.
4. Get assigned to a suitable Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) for counseling sessions.

Sometimes a change in environment can create a big difference, create one in your own room or find a place that suits these requirements.

1. Go For Comfort 🍦
Create or find a place that suits your personal taste. A comfortable environment has many factors such as the right temperature, color, physical safety, maybe a lovable animal and other personal things that bring us happiness.

2. Remove Clutter 🧹
Organizing your room will create a more conducive place for learning and relaxing.

3. Delight Your Senses 🥰
Engage your different senses to feel relaxed. Soft furniture like a sofa or a chair that makes you want to not leave along with the sight of your favorite colors or objects while listening to a personal playlist. Maybe have your favorite snack or drink nearby too. There’s a reason cafes are very popular student hangouts.

4. Start Small 📈
Start with something simple at first such as decluttering your desk. Creating a healing environment doesn’t need to feel like a chore.
