Patalastas!
Bilang pagtugon sa idineklara ng pamahalaang lalawigan na tayo sa Laguna ay nasa ECQ na pumapayag lamang sa essential travel, ang paaralang LBNHS BM ay nagdedeklara na ma freeze o maihinto ang card distribution para sa mga unclaimed cards at iba pang credentials. Maaari na lamang po itong matuloy pagkatapos ng Agosto 15 dahil mas tama po na tayo ay mag stay at home and stay safe.

Card Distribution Schedule ( S.Y. 2020-2021):
Grade 7 - August 3 / August 6 -31 ( unclaimed cards )
Grade 8 - August 4 / August 6-31 ( unclaimed cards )
Grade 9 - August 5 / August 6-31 ( unclaimed cards )
Grade 10 - July 26 - 30 / August 6 - 31 ( unclaimed cards )
Head Teachers and Subject Coordinators shall be the ones who will distribute your SF9 or Report Cards. Please return all SLMs, K to 12 References and Tablets that are still in your possession.
Parents are encouraged to get the Cards. Minors are NOT expected to come and get them. Please come with your face mask, face shield and alcohol. Observe proper distancing.
ENROLLMENT BY THE BOX ( S.Y. 2021-2022 ):
Incoming Grade 8-10 ( Automatic Enrollment ) /
List by Section (Sept. 6-10 ) / No need to
go to school for we have your names
already/ Just WAIT for an instruction
accomplishing an online or printed LESF
(Learner's Enrollment School Form) by
adviser.
Incoming Grade 7 - Only STEP ( Pilot ) will have the validation
( July 30 ) / exam and interview ( August
12/16 and 18).
Other Grade 7, Balik-Aral entrants will just
DROP their Report Card or SF9 in a box ( by
Barangay ) from July 30 to September 13.
All Grade 7 and Balik-Aral will be given printed LESF ( Enrollment Form ) and should DROP it again in the same box on August 31, 2021 for us to know all Learning Modalities ( if Online, Blended or Modular ).
Transferees will be entertained after the Opening of Classes ( September 13 ) .

Patalastas:

Amin pong inaanyayahan ang mga MAGULANG ng mga incoming Grade 7 sa July 30, 2021 ( 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 n.n. ) na ihulog ang inyong mga SF9 o Report Card sa kahong (box) nakalaan para sa inyo.

Ipinaaalala ang MAHIGPIT na pagpapatupad sa IATF Protocols ( social distancing, face shield, face mask and alcohol ) kung kayo po ay dadating sa paaralan.

MABILIS ninyong ilalagay ang inyong Report Card na nakalagay sa isang brown envelope na kasama ang inyong xerox ng Birth Certificate ( kung mayroon na kayong hawak ) at ang inyong inyong active cell phone nos.

Pagkatapos ng ilang araw, ang mga ito ay lalagyan ng section at kayo at kokontakin sa pamamagitan ng inyong cellphone nos.

Hanapin po ang kahon na may pangalan ng inyong SARILING BARANGAY at ilagay ito na nakikita ng g**ong taga bantay.

Ipinakikiusap po sa lahat na mag register online gamit ang unang registration link ( Early Registration ) upang magkaroon ang paaralan ng initial information ng lahat ng mga mag-aaral. Ang mga nasabing information ay mananatiling confidential para sa paaralan.

Ang karamihan ay tatawagan ng mga g**o ( adviser ) na nakakuha ng inyong mga report cards 1 o 2 linggo bago magpasukan (September 13 ) upang magpakilala at malaman ang inyong section at para makapag fill up ng Online LESF ( Learner's Enrollment School Form) na gagamitin para masabi ang inyong final Learning Modality ( ibibigay ang link dito sa FB Page ng paaralan ).

Para sa STEP ( Science and Technology Engineering Program ) Applicants...

Ang mga mag-aaral na nag nanais makakuha ng STEP Online Exam/s at dumaan sa Online Interview ay hahanapin ang lamesa ng mga g**ong maaring magvalidate ng inyong Report Card as an initial requirement of the program. Maari po kayong dumaan sa validation kung kayo ay may mga katulad ng sumusunod:

1. General Average of 85% and above
2. EnSCiMa grades not lower than 85%
3. Other subjects not lower than 83%

Ibigay/ Ihulog ang katulad na requirements sa sarili ninyong box (after validation/ STEP box). Isang brown envelope na naglalaman ng SF9 o Report Card o Certification from the Principal kung hindi pa nakukuha ang Card sa dating school, photocopy ng Birth Certificate ( kung available ) at active cell nos./ FB Messenger Account.

Kayo ay tatawagan bago kumuha ng Regional/ Division Exam sa August 16. Dadaan kayo sa School Entrance Exam at Interview at gagawin ang nasabing Regional Exam bilang final entry requirement.

Kayo na mga magulang na navalidate ay iimbitahan na sumali sa isang FB Messenger Closed Group Chat para sa iba pang detalye na agad ding gagawing inactive sa unang araw ng pasukan dahil mayroon na kayong mga advisers na maaring tanungin.
