ALS Quezon, thru ALS Cluster 9, is in talks with STEP Inc. for providing a scholarship program for ALS Passers and Learners. STEP Institution is a private technical-vocational training institution based in Calamba City. The scholarship project aims to provide free education, on-the-job training, and possible direct company employment after graduation.
Skills Training Courses Offered:
1. Mechatronics Servicing NC 2 (5mos-1 year)
2. Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing NC 2 (5mos to 1 year)
3. Electronics Back-end Operations NC 2 (5mos to 1 year)
Qualifications:
1. 17 to 44 years old
2. Both male and female scholars are accepted
3. Both single and married scholars are accepted
4. HS Graduate (thru Formal or ALS) or current ALS learner (EL or SL)
Benefits:
1. Free education
2. Training in partner industries
3. In-plant training daily allowance
4. Free personal accident insurance
(Daily allowance of Php 267.00)

Requirements Needed:
1. NSO Birth Certificate
2. High School Diploma (for HS and ALS graduate) or Certification as Learner (for current A&E EL and SL Learners)
3. Form 137/138 (for formal HS graduate), COR (for ALS Graduate)
4. Good Moral Certificate
5. Brgy Clearance
6. Police/NBI Clearance
