Young Minds of LES Shine at the District Festival of Talents
August 15, 2016 โ The recently concluded District Festival of Talents celebrated the creativity, intelligence, and remarkable talents of young learners as they showcased their skills in various competitions. Among the outstanding performers were Marc Yhudel M. Rosos and Nathan Andrei V. Verdera, who emerged as 1st Runner-Up in STEMazing Elementary, and Erich Mikaela Eunice M. Servan, who earned 1st Runner-Up in the Plot Twisting Challenge.
In the STEMazing Elementary competition, Marc Yhudel M. Rosos and Nathan Andrei V. Verdera demonstrated exceptional skills in solving challenging Mathematics and Science problems. Their strong analytical skills, teamwork, critical thinking, and ability to apply concepts under pressure enabled them to secure the prestigious 1st Runner-Up award. Their achievement reflects not only their individual talents but also their dedication to learning and their passion for STEM. Meanwhile, Erich Mikaela Eunice M. Servan, trained by Ma'am Mirasol Ortega Ronquillo captured attention in the Plot Twisting Challenge, where participants were challenged to demonstrate creativity, imagination, and storytelling skills. Her impressive performance and ability to develop an engaging and unexpected plot earned her the distinction of 1st Runner-Up.
These accomplishments are a testament to the learners' hard work, perseverance, and commitment to excellence. Their success also highlights the importance of providing learners with opportunities to discover, develop, and showcase their talents beyond the traditional classroom setting.
