Fighting! As we wrap up this term, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to every student and teacher who has been part of this incredible journey. Your support, trust, and teamwork have been the driving force behind everything weโ€™ve accomplished as SSLG. From events to initiatives, every effort counted, and I am so proud of what we have achieved together.
To my fellow students, salamat sa pagtulong at pag-participate! Your energy and ideas fueled our projects, and I am truly grateful for your passion. Kailan lamang ay matagumpay na naisagawa ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng Jongo sa pangunguna ni Kgg. John Lloyd D. Lodronio, Tagapangulo ng Sangguniang Kabataan, ang Leadership Training and Seminar kung saan inanyayahan ang Jongo National High School upang dumalo ang mga youth leaders mula sa ibaโ€™t ibang organisasyon ng paaralan, kabilang ang SSLG, YES-O, YECS, BKD, at RCYC, kasama ang kanilang mga organization advisers na sina Gng. Sheena V. Anacion, SSLG Adviser at Gng. Micah N. Trinidad, YES-O Adviser. Ito ay isinagawa noong ika-8 ng Disyembre, 2025 sa Malite Farm Campsite sa Brgy. Calantipayan, Lopez, Quezon.

Sinimulan ang programa sa isang taimtim na panalangin at pag-awit ng Lupang Hinirang, kasunod ang makabuluhang Opening Remarks ni Kgg. John Lloyd D. Lodronio, na nagbigay-diin sa tungkulin ng kabataan bilang responsableng lider ng komunidad.

Pinainit ng โ€œLeadership Identity Bingoโ€ ang unang bahagi ng programa bago pumasok sa pangunahing talakayan na pinangunahan ni Bb. Noellie Mae M. Macandog, Local Youth Development Officer. Tinalakay niya ang Effective Leadership at Factors of Leadership, na nagbigay-linaw sa kahalagahan ng vision, responsibility, at cooperation sa epektibong pamumuno.

Nagpatuloy ang paghubog ng leadership skills sa pamamagitan ng ibaโ€™t ibang team-building activities gaya ng Team Yell & Flag Making, Tower Up, Unity Walk, Find the Team Members, at Catch the Flag. Dito mas nakita ang teamwork, creativity, at diskarte ng mga kalahok.

Sa hapon, nagbigay naman si Bb. Shammah Jewel F. Labay ng lecture tungkol sa Characteristics and Types of Leadership, na mas nagpalawak sa pang-unawa ng mga kabataan tungkol sa ibaโ€™t ibang leadership styles. Sinundan ito ng masiglang Amazing Race na binubuo ng limang stationsโ€”Pinoy Riddle Quest, Crack the Egg, Spider Web, Groupie, at Maze Drawingโ€”na nagdagdag saya at hamon sa bawat pangkat.

Tampok din ang Search for Ms. Leadership Training and Seminar 2025, kung saan itinanghal na Ms. Leadership Training 2025 si Arianica Fontanilla mula sa Yellow Team. Kinilala rin sina Shara Jane Indrinal (Best in Q&A, Blue Team), Zhaelle L. Armenta (Most Creative Attire, Red Team), at sina Lorraine Olaviaga (Green Team) at Ashly Ordonio (Orange Team) bilang Best in Ramp.

Sa pagtatapos, itinanghal na Most Outstanding Team ang Orange Team, sinundan ng Yellow Team (1st Place), Blue Team (2nd Place), Red Team (3rd Place), at Green Team (4th Place). Pinarangalan din si Laurens G. Fontanilla bilang Outstanding Student Leader bilang pagkilala sa kanyang husay at dedikasyon.

Sa kabuuan, ang leadership training na ito ay nagbigay ng makabuluhang karanasan at paghubog sa mga kabataang lider.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat ang ipinaaabot ng paaralan sa Sangguniang Kabataan sa pangunguna ni Kgg. John Lloyd D. Lodronio sa walang sawang suporta at paggabay, na patunay na ang kabataan ng Jongo NHS ay handang mamuno at maglingkod tungo sa mas maunlad na kinabukasan.

Nakipagtagisan ng talino at husay ang mga mag-aaral ng Jongo National High School sa taunang Dunong Month Celebration 2025, isang pagdiriwang na kinikilala bilang patunay sa Lopez bilang โ€œUniversity Hub of Quezon Provinceโ€ at sentro ng karunungan sa lalawigan. Ang programang ito, na pinasimulan ni Mayor Rachel A. Ubana noong 2018, ay patuloy na nagbubuklod sa mga institusyon, g**o, at mag-aaral upang parangalan ang natatanging galing sa akademya, sining, at kultura.

Pinasinayaan ang selebrasyon sa pamamagitan ng Opening Ceremony noong Disyembre 10, 2025 sa Municipal Covered Court ganap na 8:00 AM. Dinaluhan ito ng mga opisyal ng pamahalaan kabilang ang kinatawan ng Ikalawang Punong Bayan, kinatawan ni Congressman Mike Tan, at si Bokal Rachel A. Ubana. Nakiisa rin ang ibaโ€™t ibang unibersidad at paaralan na naghandog ng makukulay na pagtatanghal sa sayaw at awit. Kasabay nito, dumalo rin ang mga kalahok at coaches mula sa ibaโ€™t ibang secondary schools na sasabak sa mga academic competitions.

Isa sa mga tampok na aktibidad ang Battle of the Brains โ€“ High School Quiz Bee, na nilahukan ng limang paaralan mula sa bayan ng Lopez: Lopez National Comprehensive High School, Pamampangin High School, Dao National High School, Sto. Niรฑo Ilaya National High School, at Jongo National High School. Lumahok dito ang mga piling mag-aaral mula sa Junior High School at Senior High School categories.

Tumampok sa laban ang pambato ng Jongo NHS na sina Crystal M. Evangelista (Grade 9 โ€“ Diamond), sa gabay ni Gng. Noemi A. Aday, JHS Coordinator, at Carl Marx M. Flores (Grade 11 โ€“ ICP HUMSS), sa gabay ni Gng. Hanna Grace M. Villaseรฑor, SHS Coordinator, sa pangangasiwa ni Gng. Finaciel D. Mendoza, Assistant School Principal II.

Muling pinatunayan ng Jongo NHS ang lakas nito sa akademya nang magkampeon si Evangelista sa Junior High School Category, at hirangin bilang Quiz Bee Champion 2025, na pinarangalan ng sertipiko, medalya, at premyong โ‚ฑ3,000. Samantala, nakamit naman ni Flores ang consolation prize sa Senior High School Category matapos magpakita ng matatag na talino at tapang. Nakuha ng representante ng LNCHS ang kampeonato para sa SHS level.

Ang mga nagwaging kampeon ang kakatawan sa bayan sa nalalapit na Tagisan ng Talino โ€“ Niyogyugan Festival 2026, isang mas malaking entabladong pagtatagisan ng galing.

Patuloy na nagbubunsod ang Dunong Month 2025 ng mga gawain na magtatapos sa Disyembre 11, 2025.

Muling napatunayan sa selebrasyong ito na ang mga batang Jongorian ay may angking dunong at kakayahang makipagsabayan sa pinakamahuhusayโ€”isang karangalang taas-noong bitbit ng buong Jongo NHS.
